The Process

Delany’s Coffee has been a staple in the community of Edgemont Village for the better part of 3 decades. However, the demographic of Edgemont is quickly changing and Delany’s wanted to update their space accordingly. They had also recently acquired a new 700sf unit adjacent to their current space, so we connected the two spaces as part of the renovation. The renovation was split into phases, as Delany’s wanted to remain operational the entire time.

We collaborated closely with the client for the design of the space, using similar materials to their Dundarave location that we had recently completed, but also introducing new design features like a custom mural, custom merch displays and much more.
